Alyson Duncan

Alyson is the newest member of our Shoreline Title team, joining us as a Closing Administrator. She was born and raised in the Florida Panhandle and graduated from Florida State University in 2013. Alyson brings her experiences interacting and serving various types of clientele through her recruiting and sales background and her attention to detail will really shine by making your closing run as smooth as possible.

In her spare time, you can find Alyson enjoying our beautiful beaches with her husband and son, or exploring the local eateries off of 30a. She says the best kept secret about the Emerald Coast is our beaches in the fall – same weather and half the crowd!

Jacob Leuze

Jacob Leuze joined the firm as an attorney in 2021. His practice is concentrated in a variety of matters, including business and real estate transactions, corporate formation and organization, and association law. Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated with honors. Jacob attended the University of Florida where he completed his bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship. Jacob understands the needs of a client encompass more than the legal world and provides services that align with both the legal and business needs of his clients. As a 30A local for over two decades, Jacob enjoys the small-town community that Walton County provides. Jacob also enjoys the beach, trying new foods and restaurants, and playing golf.

Farrar J. Barker

Farrar focuses her practice on representing private, public and non-profit entities and individuals in a variety of transactional matters across a wide range of industries, including real estate and hospitality. Farrar began her practice with the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP in its corporate transactions and securities group, and recently practiced with the law firm of Clark Partington Hart Larry Bond & Stackhouse. In 2012, she and her husband, Kelly, moved to the Gulf Coast to be close to their families who have called this area home for years. They are active in their church, and they have a heart for serving youth. When not in the office, Farrar loves spending time with Kelly, their three children and two dogs somewhere outdoors – usually at the beach, soccer field or golf course. Farrar is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia.

Christy Mooney

Christy began her career in the title industry in 2000 and became a licensed title agent in 2009. As our real estate closer, she works closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction. Her strengths in communication, attention to detail and customer service help provide an effortless closing experience.

When not in the office, Christy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and FSU football. Go Noles!

Kirby H. Williams

Kirby is a real estate attorney board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law. He is a member of the firm of Barker Williams and licensed to practice in both Alabama and Florida. Kirby’s mission is to give sound, yet practical, legal advice to his clients-all while doing his best to be readily available to his clients. His practice areas include real estate financing, commercial and residential real estate transactions and real estate development. During his spare time, Kirby enjoys turkey hunting, coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife Mary Blake and 3 children Betsy, Mac and James. Kirby’s passions include serving the Twelve Churches Mission with his family in Nicaragua and supporting other local and oversees missions.

Experience

Prior to Shoreline Title and Barker Williams, Kirby has worked with the law firm of Clark, Partington, Hart, Larry, Bond & Stackhouse in Florida and the law firm of Ruston, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett in Alabama. In addition, Kirby served as senior counsel for The St. Joe Company one of Florida’s leading real estate developers.
