Lisa Nguyen

Lisa is originally from North Carolina and moved to Niceville, Florida in December 1970. Lisa has been in the real estate business for 36 years – beginning her career in the mortgage business in 1986 before transitioning to the closing side of the real estate business in 1988. Lisa is also a licensed real estate associate. Her background across all sectors of the real estate industry gives her unique insight and experience that makes her a valuable asset to the Shoreline team. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help people with the purchase of a home, finding joy in knowing that she had a small part in making people happy at closing.

In her spare time, Lisa’s favorite things to do are spending time with her family, friends and two fur babies, Roxy and Lacy. She enjoys playing softball, listening to music, and is a huge fan of home DIY projects. Lisa’s dad was a contractor and taught her very well when she was growing up – her first project with her dad as a child was making duct work, and from there on, she fell in love with remodeling.
